White House reportedly on lockdown after drone incident

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue was put on lockdown Thursday afternoon when a man reportedly attempted to fly a remote controlled drone over the White House fence from neighboring Lafayette Park, a senior official told ABC News. 

Secret Service agents detained the man for questioning, but his identity has not yet been revealed. President Obama is currently at Camp David but, according to ABC News, the White House as well as the traffic outside it on Pennsylvania Avenue, were at least briefly shut down while Secret Service investigated. Thursday's incident is the second this year involving a drone at the White House.
